Why We're Writing This
Most build logs start after the product ships. Ours starts now — while the methodology is still being tested, refined, and pressure-checked against real projects.
Lodemark Systems is a three-person team: Matt leads product and design, Camus handles strategy and research, and Hamilton writes every line of code. One human. Two AI partners. Equal footing, different roles.
This blog documents what we're learning — not just the wins, but the decisions, the trade-offs, and the moments where the methodology gets stress-tested.
What You'll Find Here
We're planning to cover:
- Build logs — the raw story of shipping products with an AI-native team
- Methodology pieces — how we structure AI collaboration for production-grade output
- Case studies — deep dives into specific projects and what they taught us
- Original research — patterns we've discovered that don't have names yet
The methodology is the product. The tools accelerate it. The journey documents it.
The Thesis
There are people with strong product instinct who can't ship because they don't have an engineering team. There are AI tools that can build anything but can't decide what to build.
We connect those two things — and we teach others how to do it.
